Can we keep our existing syllabi and training programmes?
Yes. Send us your Operations Manual and Training Manual and we convert your programmes into the system, with exercises, hours, prerequisites and sign-off points. Your Head of Training reviews and approves everything before it goes live.
How long does it take to switch?
Most schools run the new system in parallel with their existing process for two to four weeks before switching over. We handle the data migration, so your team isn’t retyping records.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It’s yours. You can export everything at any time, including full training records and change history, and there’s a documented API. No notice periods, and we never delete your records because of a billing issue.
Does it support EASA and FAA record keeping?
The system is designed around the record-keeping needs of EASA ATOs and DTOs and FAA Part 141 and Part 61 schools: training records against an approved syllabus, instructor and student signatures, a permanent change history, and the reports authorities typically ask for during audits.
Can our inspector have their own access?
Yes. You can give an inspector or quality manager a read-only login that shows exactly what they need to see, without handing over folders or scans.
Do instructors need a signal at the airfield?
No. Instructors can capture flights, debriefs and signatures offline on their phone or tablet. Everything syncs automatically when they’re back in range.

Can students book an aircraft type instead of a specific aircraft?
Yes. Students choose the flight type, the aircraft type and a time, with or without a specific instructor. The system checks every available aircraft of that type and assigns one, which fills your schedule more efficiently.
Will it stop bookings on aircraft that are due for maintenance?
Yes. The system tracks hours and calendar-based inspections and projects them against upcoming bookings, so you see which bookings are affected days in advance, not on the morning of the flight.
How are student payments and balances handled?
Your team records payments, and every flight is deducted automatically against the correct rates for aircraft, instructor and ground instruction. Students always see their remaining balance in money and in hours.
Can the platform carry our school’s brand?
Yes. You get your own subdomain, logo and colours on the web portal, and a branded mobile app for students and instructors on iOS and Android.
